Behind the Camera

I'm Karen, a commercial and corporate photographer based in Warwickshire, with over 22 years of experience behind the camera and an Associate qualification with the British Institute of Professional Photography (ABIPP).

A little about me, the person behind the photographs.

Over the years, I've photographed everything from people and places to businesses, brands, hotels and events. And while the subjects and locations are always changing, one thing has remained the same: I love telling stories through photography.

For me, great photography isn't simply about producing beautiful images. It's about understanding the people, the business and the story behind what I'm photographing. It's finding those little details, moments and expressions that make an image feel genuine.

Two Perspectives, One Creative Partnership

I'm also fortunate to work alongside my partner, Martin.

Martin brings his expertise in drone photography, videography and a slightly different creative perspective to mine. Together, we've developed a way of working that combines our individual strengths, allowing us to offer photography, film and aerial imagery as part of a complete visual storytelling service.

From corporate events and brand campaigns to hotels, interiors, travel and hospitality, we love working together to find new ways of bringing a story to life.

We're continually learning from one another, challenging ideas and finding creative solutions. And while we don't always see things from exactly the same angle, that's often what makes the end result more interesting.

And Away From the Camera…

I'm mum to two wonderful daughters, Isobel and Amelia, who make me incredibly proud.

I love a proper cup of tea, believe chocolate tastes better straight from the freezer, and still get excited about discovering somewhere new with a camera in my hand.

Photography has taken me to some incredible places and introduced me to fascinating people, but it's often the simplest moments and the stories behind them that stay with me.
